Beneath the makeup and behind the smile — Smile is innocent.
Behind my smile is a breaking heart, behind my laugh I’m falling apart. Behind my eyes are tears at night, behind my body is a soul trying to fight. Trust the one who could see the sorrow behind your smile, the love behind anger, and the reasons behind the silence. Only a smile can cover up a deep wound!
The prettiest smiles hide the deepest secrets. The prettiest eyes have cried the most tears and the kindest hearts have felt the most pain. Often I’m sad, hurt, angry, mad, and disappointed, but you know what? I will put on a smile and move on. It hurts, but I survive. My lips don’t know that. They always smile.
Confucius once said, behind every smile there is teeth. It’s funny how I hide my feelings behind my smile every day and no one ever seems to notice. People may be smiling but look to the eyes. They can’t hide the sorrow, pain, and heartache they are trying to hide behind their smile.
I can calculate everything, even the velocity of light but can’t calculate the Hate of people behind their smile said Albert Einstein. How true!
Smiling is personal. Laughing is public! Smile and smile more often! Smile looks beautiful on some faces and not so beautiful on some others. Still Smile makes us Attractive. Smiling Is Contagious. Smiling Makes You Look Younger- It makes you look more youthful. The muscles we use to smile also lift the face, making a person younger.
Smiling is simply an involuntary response to things that bring you joy or inspire laughter. While this is certainly true Smiling can also be conscious and intentional. People who smile regularly appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and are more likely to be approached. Try putting on a smile at meetings and business appointments. You might find that people react to you differently. Smiling makes you seem courteous, likable, and competent.
Smiles can predict fulfillment in marriage. Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, and honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Be Quick To Laugh Or Smile? It May Be In Your Genes.
Silence and smile are two powerful tools. Smile is the way to solve many problems and silence is the way to avoid many problems. You can Smile only if you want to .Not Because You Have to. A smile is a curve that sets everything straight. Smiling is an expression denoting pleasure, sociability and happiness. The art of smiling is exclusive to human beings!

Smile in the mirror. Do that every morning and you’ll start to see a big difference in your life. Beauty is skin deep. Smile is sunshine. Mona Lisa has become one of the most famous paintings of all times! And one possible answer is this: because of her unique captivating smile.
The older we become, the more serious we become about life. An adult laughs an average of 15 times a day; a preschooler laughs an average of 400 times.

Humor causes smile. Comedy cusses Laughter. Smile is rated with the highest positive emotional content! Actually, there isn’t any art behind it. It requires you to be honest and genuine. Why then is it that when we cross paths with a stranger or casual acquaintance we give them a polite smile? That ‘polite smile’ — I do too and unconsciously. Smile with your eyes and lips. I love it!

Smiles convey approval, happiness, contentment. Smiles communicate positive intention, trustworthiness, belongingness, compassion. Perhaps the most compelling reason to smile is that it may lengthen your overall lifespan. Smile indicates happiness and happiness prolongs life! When you are stressed, try intentionally putting a smile on your face. It may help improve your mood and ability to manage the stress you are experiencing.

Smile at Strangers
Well, the challenge is to give them a big smile — not because it costs us anything. It’s fun to see people’s reactions when i smile at them, and they were not expecting it. Some blush, and others are surprised and smile back, Smile genuinely with people you meet. Be pleased to see them. Bring happiness into their lives.

Women smile a lot more than men. This comes from the fact that they might be happier! Smiling is definitely more than just a contraction of muscles in your face. We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do. It reaches probably even further than imagined.
